In 2001, DEMOS entered the Chinese market. In 2003, the joint-venture Shanghai Yin Gang Demos Training and Consulting Co., Ltd. was set up with Shanghai University of Finance. In September 2004, DEMOS set up its representative office in Beijing.

In order to bring the “Innovative and Practical Training Theory” in China, and to share DEMOS advanced education and training method with Chinese companies, DEMOS (Beijing) Management & Technical Training Co, Ltd was registered in 2008. DEMOS has developed 120 open workshops in 11 different fields, and in the same time it also provides tailored in-company training to many companies.
